at a Negotiable rate. (Downward scale - the larger, the smaller the percentage)
This is a service we will do, on behalf of All the
Estate Agents, on behalf of their purchaser! Or the Purchaser, who wishes to have 'peace
of mind' over the property they are about to purchase. 'Finding out' about the
neighbourhood. We will access local crime statistics, residential turnover, house prices
etc, and our trained agents will talk to local shops, pubs, clubs and schools to gather
more detailed information. (UK Only)
We expect"Retainer". (Expense
plate paid in advance, to cover (if any) air flights, car hire, and low cost hotels No
further moneys until the job is complete!
